Your rent cycle starts from 1st (first) of every calendar month.

You shall pay the rent of the bed allotted to you by the 7th day of every calendar month. Any defaulter in making the timely monthly payment shall lead to a penalty followed by legal action for which you shall be responsible.

You shall use the premises in good faith and not cause any intentional damages. If any such damages caused by you or any outsider permitted by you, the same shall be made good by you and at your own cost.

You shall not cause any nuisance or annoyance to the people in the flat or neighbourhood or store any hazardous goods or contraband in the place allotted to you.

You shall permit any guest, friend, family or any outsider to enter the premises, only with the permission of the concerned authority.

Consumption of any illegal drugs or alcohol or no-veg cooking is strictly prohibited.

Outsiders of opposite gender (including family) is strictly not permitted in the premises.

You shall be responsible for any criminal or illegal civil activity which leads to police complaints while residing in the allotted place, paying guest owner shall not be responsible for such events.

Verification call will be placed to the reference provided by the tenant to confirm details.

Maintenance team will be responsible for daily cleaning(other than Sundays), weekly twice bathroom cleaning, wi-fi, pest control(every four months), deep cleaning(every four months).

Maintenance of the flat covers the cost of labour, but tenants are responsible for the cost of materials used in the repairs/replaces/breakages process.

Before vacating the allotted place you shall give a written notice of 30 days in advance to the concerned authority, in case of notice not given, deposit will not be refunded.

Security deposit shall not be adjusted in the rent.

Refund of the security deposit will occur on the last day of the notice period, after deducting any outstanding amounts (such as notice period rent and electricity bills) and upon the return of the keys; a fine of Rs 500/- will be levied if the keys are not returned.

You shall vacate the place on the completion of the notice period, if not vacated you shall be liable to pay Rs 700/- per day of each day of default.

If you commit a breach of above mention terms and conditions then a notice shall be issued after which you shall vacate the allocated place within 24 hours.

Paying guest owner can take legal actions in such events.

After completion of every agreement tenure(11 months) rent will be increased by Rs 500/- - Rs 700/- for Sagar City, and Rs 1000/- - Rs 1200/- for other properties.
